Terry and Maxine Graham were part of the great rock and roll era when Elvis was King and life was good. After the war and young people found many ways to celebrate life. Falling in love while dancing to those slow rock and roll tunes seems so romantic in today's world.
Terry and Maxine happened to be one of those romantic couples, they were married July 10, 1958 in Woodbury, Tenn. Slow rock and roll tunes and Tenn. in the summer who wouldn't fall in love.
The Graham children are celebrating their parent's 50th anniversary with an open house at their parents' home in West Terre Haute on July 6, 2008. Friends and family are invited to bring old photos, music and memorabilia from the 50s.
Maxine is a homemaker and was a stay at home mom raising their four children.
Terry worked for the Eli Lilly & Co. until he retired.
The couple enjoy community activities and attending family functions with their 4 children, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
