On August 14, 1948 in Youngstown, Ohio Bill and Joyce were united in marriage at the United Presbyterian Church.
The Luebben's children hosted a celebration honoring their parent's 60th wedding anniversary; friends and family were in attendance.
Bill attended the School of Architecture at the Ohio State University. He worked for Church Growth Services in South Bend, Indiana designing church's across the United States. After moving to the Tri-City area Bill worked for Vitro Engineering until his retirement.
Joyce worked at the middle school while living in South Bend. In 1984 she received a degree in interior design for the Columbia Basin College.
The Luebben's have four children and are the proud grandparents 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Bill and Joyce are active members in the Richland Baptist Church.
They enjoy traveling and visiting with their children.
