Always In My Heart

In 1943 during the Second World War Ray Wilkins asked Irene Baldwin to be his bride. The couple was married June 23, 1943 in Wanamaker, Indiana.

The Wilkins celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with an open house hosted by their children. Friends and family from near and far where in attendance and spent the evening reminiscing with old photos.

Ray retired after several years of farming.

Irene was a stay at home mom, raising their three children and helping Ray on the farm.

The Wilkins are active members of the Pleasant View Baptist Church.

Ray and Irene have eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.

The Wilkins enjoy family gatherings and spending time with their grandchildren and great-grandchildren at community functions.
