James Payne and Patsy Garland were married at Blount County Court House on October 31, 1958.
A celebration hosted by the Payne children on October 31 honoring their parent's 50th wedding anniversary had a 1950's theme. Music such as "Loving You" and memorabilia of the rock and roll era was enjoyed by the guests.
The Payne's have a daughter Debbie and a son James; they are also the proud grand parents of five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Patsy is a housewife and was a stay-at-home mom.
James is currently employed by Johnny Weston & Associates LLC.
James and Patsy enjoy camping and fishing with family and friends.
