Mr. and Mrs. Ken Adams celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary March 15 in St. Augustine Florida.
The former Irene Ellis, and Ken Adams exchanged vows March 15, 1947, in Newport, Ky.
Ken retired as a quality control supervisor at the Fisher Body Plant, Hamilton, Ohio.
Irene worked at the Fort Thomas, Ky., VA Hospital.
Ken and, Irene moved to ST. Augustine in December of 1980.
The Adam's are the proud parents of two children: Vicki and her husband, Archie, Orange Park; and son Robert and his wife, Margie, Foster, Ky.
Their friends, and family honored the couple with a dinner at the Tree Steak House in Mandarin.
Mr. and Mrs. Adams are members of Crescent Beach Baptist Church.
