Friends and family gathered at a dinner to celebrate the 65th anniversary of John M. and Miriam Thomas. John and Miriam were married in Mount Joy PA. on March 4th, 1943.
John was the pastor for the Stillpond Mennonite Church in Maryland, and Faith Bible Chapel in PA.
Miriam is a homemaker and was a stay at home mom caring for their seven children. Quilting and gardening still bring pleasure to her life. Friends and family enjoy the fruits of these hobbies.
The Thomas children recall a home filled with love for God, and family that saw their parents through the 65 years.
Seventeen grandchildren, and thirty-one great grandchildren have filled John and Miriam's life with many happy memories.
