Lester and Lillian Thompson were married September 29th 1937, in Clarksville, Texas.
An Open house was held to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Lester, and Lillian at their home in Kennewick, friends and family were in attendance.
During World War11 the Thompson's were in the lumber business. After the war the couple owned farms in Arizona, Idaho and Washington. Lillian was a housewife and mother raising their three children,and helping Lester on the farms.
The Thompson's three children are Phil Thompson of Kennewick, Nick Thompson of Pasco, and Sherry Armstrong of Kennewick.
The couple enjoys hearing about the adventures their 13 grandchildren have.
